Character Progression

Game item icon

Our goal is to make sure all players are able to progress in our server just by playing the game. That is why our project is leading the idea of having certain limitations on enchant of the items. As the server is progressing, such limits are being slowly increased, and new items added, making sure that players are moving forward step by step.

Game item icon

L-Coins and Ressurection Coins are mainly obtained by slaying monsters, and eliminating other players in PVP. Both coins have 20 second drop cooldown after killing either a monster, or another player in PVP. There is also a daily limit on how many L-Coins you can farm a day, which takes 12 hours of farming.

Ressurection in Raid Boss area costs 50% less coins.

NEW FEATURE

Voice Chat

Speak with nearby players or switch between party, clan, command channel and group voice - all without leaving the game.

Five-person parties move fast, and Eigis Odyssey keeps every call inside the game. Fully integrated voice chat gives you five channels: proximity, party, clan, command channel and group. Proximity lets you speak with players nearby, while the organized channels keep your team coordinated through hunts, raids and sieges.

Group voice lets you create a custom room for others to join. When you enter a mini-game, you can also join a group voice chat with its participants. No Discord juggling or alt-tabbing: push-to-talk and open-mic modes, low-latency voice servers and per-player volume controls keep every conversation where the action is.

NEW FEATURE

Skill Tree

Shape your character beyond the class template. Branching skill paths let two players of the same class fight nothing alike.

The classic class system tells you what you are. The Eigis skill tree asks what you want to become. Every class carries branching paths with a real choice at each tier: trade raw power for utility, mobility for control, or double down on the thing your build does best.

To make every character build more unique, the Skill Tree also includes class-specific and archetype-specific skills. Each class can choose 2 of 4 completely new skills, adding more than 100 new skills across all classes.

Respecs are cheap and encouraged, so experimenting is part of the game rather than a punishment. Two duelists of the same class can meet mid-lane with completely different toolkits - and the better plan, not just the bigger number, walks away.

NEW FEATURE

Vitality System

Vitality keeps experience progression competitive: dedicated farmers still advance, while the wider community remains within reach.

With auto-hunting keeping many characters active around the clock, progression should not be decided only by who can farm the longest. The Vitality System balances experience progression so continuous farming still matters without creating an overwhelming lead.

Dedicated players are still rewarded for consistency, while the wider community stays close enough to compete. The result is a healthier pace where regular players and the most active farmers can keep progressing on the same battlefield.

NEW FEATURE

Homunculus

Raise a collection of homunculi bound to your character. Level and evolve them, then let their blessings strengthen you in battle.

Deep beneath the temple laboratories, alchemists learned to bind fragments of soul into living vessels. You can raise many homunculi, each one bound to your character. They grow stronger as they gain levels and change form as they evolve.

Every homunculus brings its own passive blessings. Build your collection and let them support different playstyles, speed up hunts and give your character an edge in battle.

NEW FEATURE

Drop Atlas

Every monster, raid boss and drop — mapped. Search by item or monster to find drops and locations instantly.

Stop alt-tabbing to dusty wiki pages from 2009. Search for an item to see every monster and raid boss that drops it, or search for a monster or raid boss to inspect its drops and location on the world map.

Planning a hunt becomes a route instead of a research project. Look up the item or monster you need, check the relevant drops and locations, and decide where to hunt next.

NEW FEATURE

Sieges & Clan Halls

Fight for Aden or Giran Castle during the siege. After the siege ends, clans without a castle can compete in live auctions for one of six Clan Halls in Aden.

Owning a Castle or Clan Hall strengthens the whole clan with Adena and EXP/SP bonuses, together with an active Item Drop Rate buff. Every player can also choose daily clan-base missions and spend the earned currency in the clan-base shop.

Owning a Castle or a higher-tier Clan Hall also unlocks Clan Tents, which support clan members with extra EXP and Adena, deploy troops and can be attacked by enemy players. For siege schedules, live-auction rules, complete bonus values, missions and Clan Tent details, open About Server → Castle Sieges & Clan Halls.

Castle Sieges and Clan Halls

NEW FEATURE

Unique Interface

A client built for comfort: a modern UI, detachable windows and layouts you can arrange to fit your playstyle.

The client is built for modern screens. Most interface windows - including inventory - can be detached and arranged to suit your layout across one monitor or several.

Crisp scaling across modern resolutions, clearer layouts and flexible window placement keep important information where you want it. The result stays familiar to longtime players while feeling cleaner and more comfortable to use.

NEW FEATURE

Mini Games

Poker, chess, coinflip and jackpot - four in-game ways to test your strategy, nerve and luck between hunts.

  • Poker: Choose between sit & go and tournament formats.
  • Chess: Challenge another player to a classic match.
  • Coinflip: Place a quick wager on a coin toss.
  • Jackpot: Add Adena to the shared pool; your contribution sets your chance to win.

NEW FEATURE

Auto-Rush Settings

Choose how every Rush skill behaves during automatic hunting.

Players can configure each Rush individually and decide whether it should be used automatically to close the distance to the target. This gives every class direct control over which movement skills are used while auto-hunting.

HP Potions

HP Potion recovery now scales with character level, increasing by 1 HP per level. The maximum recovery is reached at Lv. 60; higher levels do not increase the recovered amount further.

Party Bonus

Party play grants an increasing base XP bonus from three members onward. A full five-person party can earn an additional bonus by including support classes.

Party Size Base XP Bonus

3 members +7%
4 members +10%

Offline Hunting

Keep your character hunting when you disconnect, the client closes unexpectedly or you turn off your computer. Offline Hunting can activate automatically through the game settings, or you can start it manually before leaving the game.

Automatic Mode

Enable it in Settings & Information

  1. Own an Offline Farm Rune, available from L2Store.
  2. Open Settings & Information and enable the automatic Offline Farm option.
  3. Start auto-hunting before disconnecting.
  4. If the connection or client closes, your character remains in the game.
Manual Mode

Use the command or Exit menu

.offline
  1. Make sure your character is ready to continue hunting.
  2. Enter .offline in game chat, or open ALT+X → Exit and choose Offline Farm.
  3. Your account disconnects immediately while the character remains online.

Important: Logging in with another character disconnects the character that is hunting offline. A server restart also disconnects it, so you must enter the game again manually afterward.

Gear Penalty

A Gear Penalty has been introduced to prevent low-level characters from gaining an excessive advantage by using C-grade gear purchased from town merchants.

Note: Any skill granted by an equipped item that causes a Gear Penalty will not work. For example, when wearing Majestic Gauntlets at Lv. 50, you receive only the item's P. Def. and none of its additional effects.

Character & Monster / Boss Penalty

There is no penalty when the level difference between your character and a monster or boss is 0-5 levels. The penalty begins at a difference of 6 or more levels and increases as the level difference grows.

When the difference is 6 levels or greater, damage dealt to the target is reduced. If your character is at least 6 levels higher than the monster or boss, it will not drop any items.

VIP System

Game item icon VIP Level

increases automatically as you spend in-game balance in L2Store. As you increase your VIP Level you receive certain bonuses. These bonuses have been re-worked, in order to not create disbalance between players, as VIP only provides small PVE bonuses. VIP Level never goes down.

Then you can also transform them to Scroll: Enchant Sealed Rare Accessory, and enchant your epics.

Drop List & Epic System

We’re excited to unveil our brand-new Drop List feature with Group Chances, designed to make epic rewards more accessible than ever. With this system, your group is guaranteed a 100% drop rate of Epic items.

As demonstrated in our video:

  • 70% chance to receive an Essence.
  • 30% chance to receive a Ring.

To ensure every clan receives a reward, we’ve introduced a safe system: after collecting a set number of essences, you can craft a guaranteed Epic jewelry.

This way, even in the unluckiest scenarios, your clan will always secure a valuable reward from the epic pool.

Introducing E-Coin

We’ve carefully designed a new currency called E-Coin, created with the player experience in mind. Unlike traditional in-game currencies, E-Coin will not interfere with market balance or item prices. Instead, it will be awarded through special channels — such as supporting Streamers, rewarding Clan Leaders, and Exclusive Giveaways.

This system allows us to give back to the community while keeping the in-game economy fair and stable.

Stay tuned for events and announcements on how you can get your hands on E-Coins!

ECoin

Command Channel System

We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Command Channel System, designed to make raid-leading smoother and more strategic than ever before. With this feature, you can easily track the most important skills across your entire CC.

As demonstrated in our video:

  • Check the cooldown timers of key raid skills directly.
  • View which members have those skills available or on cooldown.
  • Ensure every CC member has full visibility of these vital skills.

By giving leaders and members real-time access to cooldown information, raids become far more coordinated and precise. Every participant in the Command Channel can now contribute more effectively to victory.

Boss Teleports

We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Epic & God Boss Teleports, designed to make regrouping smoother and more strategic than ever before. With this feature, you can easily see a list of all active bosses on the server and teleport to them instantly.

As demonstrated in our video:

  • You can add the teleport menu to your quick bar for instant access anytime.
  • Teleport directly to any boss to support your team without delay.
  • Make regrouping your members faster, easier, and more efficient.

By giving leaders and members instant access to boss locations, raids become far more coordinated and precise. Every participant in the Command Channel can now regroup and contribute more effectively to victory.

“Regrouping your members was never that easy!”

Combat Power

The Combat Power feature is designed to give players a quick indication of how strong their character is, including other players.

We originally came up with this idea because of the large number of costumes and weapon skins we created. It can be difficult to determine how strong another player is when costumes hide the equipment they are wearing. By simply selecting a target, you will get a brief idea of how strong that character is based on their Combat Power.

  • You can check your Combat Power (CP) in the Character Stats window (ALT + T).
  • The CP of other players is displayed under their nickname.

To help new and returning players, Recommended Hunting Zones have been added. You can now easily find suitable zones for your level and class progression.

Merchant Sorting

Sorting has been added to the Equipment Merchants to make browsing items faster and more convenient.

UPDATED FEATURE

Out-of-party healing in PvE is disabled for all healing skills. As an exception, a character who was recently hit by a Raid Boss can still be healed by players outside their party.

You also have a chance to receive a Masterwork item directly while crafting eligible equipment. The crystal gives the item a random Masterwork effect, and it can be applied again to an existing Masterwork item to reroll that effect.

Item Upgrade

Upgrade Limitations

Such feature keeps the balance between Pay 2 Win, and people who improve their character just by playing the game. Without certain limits, a person who can spend money will almost instantly skyrocket and enchant certain items as much as they can. Whereas compared to a Free 2 Play player, it takes him some time to farm L-Coins and improve those items. This is why there are item upgrade limitations, making sure the server is moving forward step by step.

At the beginning of a new journey, new server Odyssey - Season 3 will have the following items and limitations on server start, and yes, safe enchanting remains, making it much easier to enchant your items:

Weapon Upgrade

We’re excited to announce our new Weapon Upgrade System, designed to make upgrading your gear smoother and more convenient than ever before. With this feature, you can now upgrade your weapons up to Top D-grade directly through the Weapon Merchant!

As demonstrated in our video:

  • Upgrade your weapon instantly without selling or buying a new one.
  • Pay only the adena difference between your current weapon and the upgraded version.
  • No need to hold your adena anymore — upgrade freely and conveniently anytime!

By introducing this system, gearing up becomes faster, easier, and more enjoyable. Focus on your adventure while your weapons evolve with you!

Item Limit

To make sure you can easily know what item limitations are currently in the server, we have added an extra interface. When enchanting an item, you will see an extra interface window displaying the items and the maximum value they can be enchanted to.

Crafting System

separator

Crafting

We’ve introduced crafting for C-, B- and A-grade weapons, armors and jewelry—making progression more interesting, items more valuable and fully aligned with our new concept.

Crafting Materials & Keys

To craft weapons, armors and jewelry, you will need two things: materials and keys. Materials, such as Steel, can be purchased directly from the Grocery Store. Keys are obtained by killing monsters. If a monster has a chance to drop a full weapon, it will also drop the corresponding keys with a much higher chance, making crafting a reliable alternative path to gearing up.

Exchange of Crafting Parts

Crafting Part Exchange Reward
1 A-grade part 1 B-grade Pouch
1 A-grade part 2 C-grade Pouches
1 B-grade part 1 C-grade Pouch
NEW FEATURE Craft Warehouse

A warehouse has been added to the crafting system where you can store all crafting keys and materials.

UPDATED FEATURE

Special Armor & Spellbook Crafting

Our team believes the original idea of Essence—only being able to obtain certain items from Random Craft, Lootboxes and Bosses—is boring, uninteresting and, most of all, UNFAIR. This is why we created a new crafting system that allows players to craft 1*–3* Spellbooks, Boss Weapons, Special Armors and Protection Armors. Just by playing the game, without having to invest anything or gamble, you will be able to progress.

We have changed the concept of crafting, and you can read more about the updated system below.

Spellbook Crafting

The way Spellbooks are obtained has been changed. To learn skills, you now need 1 Spellbook Coupon for each stage: 1*, 2* and 3*. There are now only three recipes, one for each stage.

Boss Weapon Crafting

The number of items required to craft Boss Weapons has been increased, but crafting now has a 100% success chance.

Special Armor Crafting

The number of items required to craft Special Armors has been increased, but crafting now has a 100% success chance.

Spellbook Craft Boss Weapon Craft Armor Craft
Items required for craft Spellbook Crafting Stone / Spellbook Pieces Boss Weapon Crafting Stone / Boss Weapon Pieces Increased amount Special Armor Crafting Stone / Special Armor Pieces Increased amount
Success Chance 100% 100% 100%

Crafting Components

Spellbook Crafting Chest

Behaves like a lootbox and contains 1*–3* Spellbook crafting stones. The chance of receiving a Spellbook Crafting Stone is low; if you do not receive one, you will receive Giran Seals.

Spellbook Crafting Stone

Used as a main ingredient in the Spellbook crafting process.

Spellbook Pieces

Used in the Spellbook crafting process.

Equipment Crafting Chest

Upon opening the chest, you have a chance to receive a crafting stone for equipment.

Equipment Crafting Piece Coupon

One piece can be bought daily for 5,000 L-Coins. Double-click the coupon to exchange it for either Boss Weapon Pieces or Special Armor Pieces.

Special Armor Crafting Stone

Each part of the set—Helmet, Breastplate, Gaiters, Gloves and Boots—has its own crafting stone, which is required in the crafting process.

Special Armor Pieces

Used to craft Special Armors.

Protection Armor Pieces

Will be added to the server at a later stage.

Boss Weapon Crafting Stone

Every Boss Weapon has its own Crafting Stone, which is required to craft the weapon.

Boss Weapon Pieces

Used to craft Boss Weapons.

We have also added a list of everything you can possibly craft, including the amount of ingredients required for each craft.

Castle Sieges & Clan Halls

separator
New Feature

Castle Sieges

Castle Sieges are the starting point of the clan-base cycle. Clans first fight for control of a castle; after the siege concludes, the Clan Hall live auctions begin.

Available Castles

Castle Sieges are held for Aden Castle and Giran Castle.

First Castle Siege

The first Castle Siege takes place 2 weeks after server launch, on the second Sunday.

What Happens Next

Clan Hall live bidding begins 15 minutes after the Castle Siege ends.

Castle Benefits

Castle Passive Adena Drop Passive EXP/SP 10-Hour Active Buff Clan Tent
Aden Castle +7% +12% Item Drop Rate +7% Summon Tent
Goddard Castle +5% +9% Item Drop Rate +5% Summon Tent
New Feature

Clan Halls

Aden is the main town for the Clan Hall system. Six Clan Halls are available: three higher-tier halls and three lower-tier halls.

First Auction Cycle

The first Clan Hall auction cycle opens 1 week before the siege.

Live Bidding

The first live bidding takes place 2 weeks after server launch, after the second-Sunday Castle Siege.

Minimum Bid

Every Clan Hall has a minimum starting bid of 250kk Adena.

Clan Hall Auction Process

  1. 01

Live auction bidding begins 15 minutes after the Castle Siege ends. Every Clan Hall has a minimum starting bid of 250kk Adena.

  2. 02

Once the first bid is placed, a 60-second timer begins. Another clan can place a higher bid during that time, and every new bid resets the timer to 60 seconds.

  3. 03

The bid amount is deducted immediately from the bidder’s warehouse. If another clan outbids them, the previous bidder’s Adena is returned through the mailbox.

  4. 04

When the 60-second timer expires, the highest bidder wins that Clan Hall.

  5. 05

Clan Halls are auctioned one at a time, starting with the three higher-tier halls and then the three lower-tier halls.

  6. 06

After one auction finishes, clans have 5 minutes to bid on the next Clan Hall. If nobody bids during those 5 minutes, the auction automatically advances to the following hall.

Clan Hall Benefits

Lower- and higher-tier Clan Halls provide the same stat bonuses. A higher-tier Clan Hall additionally allows its Clan Leader to summon a Clan Tent.

Clan Hall Tier Passive Adena Drop Passive EXP/SP 10-Hour Active Buff Clan Tent
Clan Hall (Higher) +3% +6% Item Drop Rate +3% Summon Tent
Clan Hall (Lower) +3% +6% Item Drop Rate +3%

Daily Clan Base Missions

Individual Player Missions

Each day, the Clan Base NPC offers every player 5 random missions from a pool of 20. Each player can independently choose 2 of those 5 missions.

Completing the selected missions rewards that player with a new currency that can be spent in the Clan Base shop.

Updated Feature

Clan Tents

Eligible Clan Bases

A clan earns access to Clan Tents by owning a Castle or a higher-tier Clan Hall. Once either clan base is owned, the Clan Leader can use Summon Tent.

A summoned Clan Tent spawns clan troops that attack surrounding monsters. All items dropped by those monsters, including Adena, are sent directly to the Clan Warehouse.

Summoning a Clan Tent now also grants a buff that increases Adena Drop and Acquired XP/SP. You can check the bonuses for each tent level in the Clan Tent Buff section below.

The tent can be attacked and destroyed by any player. If the tent is destroyed, its troops stop spawning immediately.

Tent Duration

The tent lasts for 1 hour unless another player destroys it first.

Summon Cooldown

The Summon Tent skill has a 6-hour cooldown.

Automatic Storage

All troop drops, including Adena, go directly to the Clan Warehouse.

Note: If you attack a troop, it will attack back. Clan Tents cannot be summoned inside instance zones.

Troops

The Clan Tent level can be increased inside the owned Castle or higher-tier Clan Hall. Its level determines both the strength of its troops and the maximum number of troops that can be active at the same time.

Clan Tent Buff

While the Clan Tent is active, its Adena Drop and Acquired XP/SP bonuses increase with every Clan Tent level, starting from Lv. 1.

Location & Defense

Spawned Clan Tents are now visible on the world map, making them easier for clan members to locate and defend.

Clan Tent HP is displayed to clan members whenever the tent is summoned.

Clan Tent HP display

To help clan members defend a tent while it is under attack, a teleport has been added to the Clan Interface. The teleport moves clan members next to the summoned tent.

  • Monsters inside the Rift drop x5 Rift Essence every 20 seconds, up to 900 per hour.
  • Monsters give a significantly increased amount of EXP.
  • Monsters also drop Veilbound Keys, which are used to open Veilbound Chests scattered around the map.
  • From 19:20 until 19:40, bosses will spawn at random in the different Rift zones.
  • Boss spawn times are completely random — each boss has a separate chance to appear at any moment between 19:20–19:40.
  • These bosses are designed as party-sized encounters, similar in difficulty and rewards to Group Dungeon bosses, and are not intended as large-scale clan war content.

Veilbound Chests

  • Veilbound Keys are used to open Veilbound Chests inside the Rift.
  • Veilbound Chests are placed in random locations throughout the Rift — some are easy to find, others are hidden more carefully.
  • Veilbound Chests contain rewards similar to the Rift Dealer Shop, with several extra-rare items available only from chests.

Mini Games

Take a break between hunts and play against other players for Adena. EIGIS currently offers Coin Flip, Jackpot, Poker and Chess, each with its own rules and table options.

Create or join a head-to-head lobby and wager on your chosen side of the coin.

Jackpot

Add Adena to a shared pool; your contribution determines your chance to win it all.

Build a Cash Table or Sit & Go for 2–10 players with custom stakes.

Chess

Create a timed match, wager Adena and compete for a visible Chess ELO rating.

Mini Game Voice

During any Mini Game, you can join its voice channel and talk directly with your opponents without leaving the game.

1 Confirm the Match

Once two players are present, the host presses Start and the challenger must agree.

2 Protected Wager

During the game, wagered Adena cannot be moved and neither player can leave to avoid the result.

3 Match Record

Your total wins and losses are displayed in the lower-right corner of the interface.

Jackpot

Everyone can contribute any amount of Adena to the Jackpot. A larger contribution gives you a higher percentage chance of being selected when the round ends.
